A BAR PACKAGE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RECEPTIONS. ALL BAR PACKAGE PRICING IS BASED ON A 5-HOUR OPEN BAR.

INCLUDES BARTENDERS, ICE, PLASTICWARE, BEVERAGE NAPKINS, AND STIR STRAWS. ALL PRICES SUBJECT TO 7.25% OHIO SALES TAX.

CLASSIC BEVERAGE PACKAGE​ (non alcoholic)

Includes: Coca-Cola, Diet Coca-Cola, Sprite, Ginger Ale, Iced tea, Lemonade, Water & Ice.

Includes: Classic Package, 2 types of domestic beer and 4 domestic wines.

DAY-OF COORDINATION PACKAGE (optional)

This package includes one additional appointment with your wedding specialist as well as timeline coordination with vendors. An additional 2 hour access to the venue the day of your event.

A bridal luncheon will be provided including food, drinks, plates, and utensils. There will be two Irongate staff members decorating with any decor brought in by the bride.*Not including floral. The use of chargers in either gold or silver, placed by IronGate.

ALL INCLUSIVE DREAM DAY PACKAGE

PACKAGE INCLUDES EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE PERFECT DAY

● Rental includes 10 hr exclusive access on your Wedding Day
● Arena featuring bistro lighting, beautiful white washed walls, wooden beams
elevated to the white ceiling, and two balconies inside and out
● Choice of three cocktail hour areas
● Four private Bridal Suites for the Day of Event
● Facility Wedding Consultant
● Standard Tables and White resin padded chairs
● Floor length linen tablecloths and napkins in the color of your choice.
● Glass cylinder centerpiece trio with wood slab or mirror base and votive candles
for each table.
● Selection of table numbers
● 21’ x 36’ Dance Floor
● Draping across arena dividing the room into 4 sections
● Set up and tear down of tables and chairs
● Banquet Manager, Greeter, Parking Attendant, Bartenders, and Restroom

COMPLETE EVENT COORDINATION PACKAGE (optional)

This package includes unlimited appointments with wedding specialists as well as coordinating and assisting the planning of vendors and attending vendor appointments held at the Venue.

The bridal party will have a predetermined early access to the venue. A bridal luncheon will be provided including food, drinks, plates, and utensils. Wedding specialists and IronGate staff will set up and remove all decorations brought in by the Bride and Groom.

The bars will serve drinks in glassware to all guests throughout the event. Any specialty signage of your choice can be designed by our on-site calligrapher, such as menus, programs, and seating charts.

The use of either gold or silver chargers which will be placed by Irongate staff. In addition, uplighting in any color and the choice of one specialty linen will be included.

● Set up and tear down of white resin padded chairs
● One hour rehearsal
● One hour Ceremony
● Rustic wooden arbor or white tool arbor
● Use of decor, set up by IronGate
