IRONGATE BEVERAGE PACKAGES

A BAR PACKAGE IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RECEPTIONS. ALL BAR PACKAGE PRICING IS BASED ON A 5-HOUR OPEN BAR. INCLUDES BARTENDERS, ICE, CLEAR DISPOSABLE CUPS, BEVERAGE NAPKINS, AND STIRRERS.

ALL INCLUSIVE DREAM DAY PACKAGE

$7,500.00 ​for up to 250 guests.

PACKAGE INCLUDES EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR THE PERFECT DAY

  • Heated and air conditioned luxury barn
  • Rental includes 10 hour exclusive access on your wedding Day
  • Reception area features bistro lighting, beautiful white washed walls, wooden beams elevated to the white ceiling, two balconies inside and out
  • Plumbed restrooms on main level, both bridal balconies in the suites, and behind the stadium seating
  • Choice of three cocktail hour areas
  • Four private bridal suites on the day of your event
  • On-site wedding & event coordinator for the whole process or the day of your event (based on package upgrades)
  • Standard 72’’ round tables along with white resin padded chairs
  • Floor length linen tablecloths and napkins in your choice of color
  • Choice of glass cylinder trio with water and floating candle on your choice of a wood slab base or mirror base, with a variety of votive candles, and a table number for each table centerpiece for up to 25 tables
  • 21’x 36’ Dance Floor
  • Black draping across arena to divide the space, if needed
  • Set up and tear down of tables, chairs, linens, napkins, and IronGate decor
  • Staff includes: Day of wedding coordinator (based on package upgrades), Greeters, Bartenders,cleaning standard ,and Restroom Attendants
  • Use of bourbon barrels for decor
  • Custom signage such as bar signs and welcome signs

ADDITIONAL FACILITY FEES:

  • Over 250 guests additional charge of $12.00 per guest *venue max capacity is 1200
  • Table and chair rental for over 250 guests *Pricing subject to change as costs per rental fluctuate
  • Required Beverage Package- Choose from Several beverage package options
  • Optional upgrade for lamour satin tablecloths and napkins (pricing to be requested)
  • Choose from the indoor ceremony site or two outdoor ceremony sites

Ceremony Fee of $1,200.00 includes:

  • One hour ceremony on wedding day
  • One hour rehearsal the day before the wedding
  • Set up and tear down of white resin padded chairs
  • Natural wood, large wooden beam, or white hexagon arbor
  • Decor including: bourbon barrels, select lanterns, and select welcome signage done by on-site calligrapher
  • Unity table with a linen and DJ table with a linen

WEDDING DAY SERVICE PACKAGE

Relax and enjoy your special day! 🙂 Includes the following:

  • One additional appointment with the on-site wedding coordinator
  • Additional 2-hour access to the venue
  • Timeline coordination with vendors
  • Bridal party luncheon including food and drinks for up to 20 people *additional people may be added upon request
  • Two IronGate assistants to decorate decor brought in by bride *not including floral
  • Use of uplighting in any color of clients choice
  • Choice of using gold, clear or silver chargers *placed by IronGate wedding coordinator

COMPLETE WEDDING COORDINATION PACKAGE

$3500.00

Relax and enjoy your special day and all the days leading to it, we’ve got you covered! 🙂 Includes the following:

  • Unlimited appointments with on-site wedding coordinator
    On the day of the wedding, two IronGate sta members will be present to assist
  • Wedding coordinator will assist and coordinate in the planning of all vendors as well as attend vendor appointments held at the venue
  • Additional 3-hour access the day of the wedding
  • Bridal party luncheon including food and drinks for up to 22 people *additional people may be added upon request
  • Wedding coordinator and IronGate sta will set up & remove all decorations brought in by the couple
  • Use of gold, clear or silver chargers *placed by Irongate wedding coordinator
  • Any specialty signage of your choice can be designed by the wedding coordinator i.e menus, programs and seating charts
  • Use of uplighting in any color of clients choice
  • The choice of one specialty linen will be included for the cake table or head table
